On that fateful day, Tochi was caught after he had robbed one Franca Edom at gun point stealing an undisclosed amount of money. Tochi is rusticated student of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education as well as a member of the Black Axe Confraternity and a notorious criminal who has been on the wanted list of the Police Command.
According to the Police, He has made useful statements confessing to have been involved in many criminal activities including armed robbery, burglary/stealing as well as other drug-related offences. He further confessed to being responsible for the murder of one Chinedu Stephen Akagha 35years who was shot dead in Akwakuma back in November, 2016.
