The Governor of Ebonyi State Engr. David Nweze Umahi has sacked two development centre coordinators and 23 others with immediate effect.
In a release signed by the Principal Secretary to the Governor Hon Clement A. Nweke, The affected persons were directed to handover all government property in their possession to the most senior officer in their respective establishments.
Notable Casualties in the list include Agwu Okporie Nnachi and Ogbonnaya Oti who were coordinators of Edda West Development Centre and Onicha West Development Centre respectively. Others affected are members from the same Development Centres mentioned above in addition to some members of Ezza South Development Centre Management Committee, Liason officers from Onicha Local Government Area Etc.
