"This is Umuahia the capital of Abia State, right here is gate the city center, since the inception of this administration Umuahia has become the dirtiest state capital in the world with the governor always coming up with different excuses ranging from court cases to shortfall in federal allocation as to why he has abandoned the state capital to slide into the inglorious reputation of the worlds dirtiest state capital.Today the court cases are over and there has been a significant increment in our financial inflow from FAAC, but the hygienic condition of the state capital keeps growing worse by the day, while our governor is busy gallivanting across the globe.What actually is going on, why has the governor and the Abia house of assembly refused to make ASEPA live up to its mandate, is there a conspiracy between the governor and the ASEPA that he cannot mandate the general manager of the agency to do his work or be asked to resign?
