The NYSC Coordinator for Niger State, Mrs Theresa Arokoyo, said that the incident occurred because NYSC camp was in a temporary location adding that this is not the first time such will occur.
“This development always compels the NYSC authority to spend extra money each time we resume for orientation," she said.
Niger State Acting Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Ketso, reiterated that the government was making efforts to ensure that the NYSC permanent orientation camp will be ready before the end of 2017.
