Ikechukwu Nwafor has lost his position as the Ebonyi State Chairman of the NLC after failing to respond to letters of summon issued to him via various media.
His removal is widely believed to be connected to his stand on the State Governments new contributory pension scheme which The Ebonyi State NLC had earlier accepted before reneging its stand upon implementation.
The Governor of Ebonyi State had earlier stated that he would would no longer recognise the current leadership of the state NLC.
