The State Government had introduced various levies and immediately tried to ensure full compliance to them. Keke riders had on monday morning protested the increment in their levies and caused a massive traffic at Vanco junction that lasted for hours.
This protest by transport workers will largely affect individuals who work in the state capital but reside in places like afikpo and Corp members who will be travelling to camp. Romchi, Peace mass and other transport operators have closed their terminals as none of their buses travelled in and out of the city.
