A year-old- boy falls out of a moving vehicle

According to another driver in the scene, Claudia,  narrated how the car seat of the one year old baby boy fell out of the SUV that carried him unto the street between two lanes from the driver's rear door.

The car was said to have been turning to a street when its rear doorside flung open and the unrestricted car seat of the baby came flying down to the streets of Texas.

Luckily for mother and child the next car noticed the baby falling and quickly stopped to help, the baby on the other hand quickly ran towards the stranger driver that stopped to help him but was stopped and taken away by a woman in the passenger seat of the SUV who came running and crying.

According to KSAT (mail online), the baby sustained only injuries which were also treated on the spot.

Parents should be careful when driving with babies/children on board.
