
Reports coming in say President Muhammadu Buhari has
returned back to Nigeria. The President returned on Friday morning at about 7.40a.m exactly 51 days after he
left the country on a medical vacation.
According
to Thisday, his plane
was scheduled to land at the Kaduna airport due to the closure of the Abuja airport from which he would to be flown by helicopter to the President Villa,
Abuja.
Sources say that the President might address the nation after his long absence, most especially to dispel any concerns over his ability to govern the nation.
The news of his return Friday was disclosed last night in a statement by his media aide, Mr. Femi Adesina.
Confirming the Presidents return, the kaduna state governor, El Rufai wrote on his Facebook page:

He has landed safely in Kaduna and received by Acting Governor Barnabas Yusuf Bala and senior KDSG officials.
