Many feared dead as Boko Haram attacks Maiduguri

Reports coming in say that many people are feared dead and many injured after men suspected to be Boko Haram members attempted to attack Maiduguri, the Borno state capital, yesterday evening.

 According to some residents, Members the sect detonated about three bombs in an attempt to take over the newly constructed Customs House where IDPs from Mafa LGA are being camped.

They were however engaged and effectively repelled by the soldiers and members of the Civilian JTF
