Ebonyi State Govt Seals off Ohankwu mining site

The Ebonyi State Government has sealed off Ohankwu mining site located in ikwo LGA.

According the SSA
to the governor on internal security Dr. Kenneth Ugbala, the mining site was closed down due to lingering ownership between two villages which had become a threat to security of lives and property to the people in the area.

The general public has been advised to steer clear of the mining site until the committee set up by the government delivers its report.
