According to a facebook user, an ugly incident occurred today in Imo high Court this morning as the court was waiting to process and go about the day's duty when the unexpected happened. find below the story as narrated by the Social media User who also claimed to have been an eye witness.

UGLY INCIDENT............
I arrived at the High Court premises commendably too early today, unlikely like other times. The major reason for my earlier arrival was to circumspectly prepare my witness for today.
Soon almost all the courts had begun sitting quarter to 9: o'clock this morning.I hurriedly asked my client after putting her through to keep close watch for me to avert mention of the matter in my absence.
I scurried into another court to ascertain the stage and business of the day in another matter i was representing an accused person. It was while I was in the court, I noticed the Nigerian Prisons "black Maria" had arrived. I was representing one of the inmates as his defence counsel in the present court.
In a flash of light, the next sound that followed resonated so thunderous than any other sound I had witnessed in the last five years. The next minute it dawned on me, that what was happening was an organized orchestrated dangerous invasion in the court premises.
An inmate who was coming to court alongside other numerous inmates shortly after he came down from the 'black maria' for his matter, had his men stationed in the court premises and then exchange of gunfire ensued. These dare devil armed men came early to court and waited patiently for prisoners to be produced before they court start unleashing mayhem. Though funny, I saw judges and magistrates arising prematurely, some flew into different directions,some didn't even remember to observe the mandatory protocols before unseating. yours sincerely jumped the court fence as bullets were flying in all directions.
Prison warders were scampering for safety, Police orderlies were seen discharging without their bosses. Even, inmates were escaping, having ran for a long distance, I noticed that the people directly behind me were two handcuffed inmates badly wounded, the court busy road was completely deserted by both motorists and pedestrians. Thank God, I noticed some vigilante patrol car taking cover some where. I beckoned on them to get those inmates arrested and take them back to prison. I know many inmates may have escaped today. FATHER CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!!
When the entire hullabaloo came to a halt after another round of thirty to thirty five minutes, the roll call of casualties were numerous. Three innocent inmates, sustained major gunshot injuries, A police prosecutor was not spared either, he also got a shot that narrowly battered his mouth region, blood everywhere!!!! Lo and behold, it was the escape of the notorious west African conman, kidnapper, assassin, political terrorist VAMPIRE had escaped following information. You remember the guy called VAMPIRE???????????
Eyewitness close to the van attested that upon his arrival, that is, about the time he alighted from the van he was smiling noisily with two other Co - inmates handcuffed together with him. I'll post more details about him!!!!!!!!
