A 13 year old girl identified as Nkechi Oseh who was discovered to have been locked in the residence of one Ms Betty Ifeoma located No 30 Adeniran Ajao Estate in Lagos has been rescued by the Lagos State Police Command.
According to reports, Ms Betty, a staff of NNPC Lagos State Office locked nkechi and travelled out of the country. She was said to have left her with two packets of biscuits.
Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Ag CP Imohimi Edgal disclosed that operatives of the command stormed the residence after getting an information that one Ms Betty Ifeoma, said to be a staff of NNPC locked and left the helpless girl with nothing to eat.
Nkechi revealed that she drinks water from the toilet whenever her madam travels out of the country. According to her, she has been locked up at four different times since her uncle brought her from Igboju in Delta state.
She said
“I have been locked up for two weeks, one-week, three-weeks when she traveled to London and since she traveled on Saturday I have been crying before God helped me today”
