FRSC sector commander cuts off female officers' hair (photos)

The sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Rivers State,Andrew A Kumapayi, was spotted cutting off the hair of female staffs during an inspection.


The Sector commander was said to have conducted a general inspection on staff during the parade on Monday April 10.

According to naij, their hair, uniform and finger nails were inspected and surprisingly, the hair of female staff who contravened some work place regulations was chopped off.
